is the latest Nintendo Wii Activity. It is a flat floor platform that the player stands on while trying a variety of fitness type moves ie Wii hula hoop, aerobics, balance games & Strenth Training. Your on screen character performs as you do. The whole Wii Fit thing is a blast and very comedy geared for some real laughs.
Ellen Degeneres gave hundreds of Wii FIT consoles away this year, on her show, and of course had a very entertaining demo of how the Wii FIT game works on the hula hoop setting. You are going to love the new Wii fit; who does not want to be having a few laughs while they are going through their video-fitness regime. I can NOT wait to try my new Wii Fit. Wii Guitar is next. We all were absolutely blown away with the Wii Fitness & Balance games and loved the whole concept of our own home turning into a fun filled gym & training facility.

When you play the Wii Fit games, you will be guided to lean, bend, reach, swivel, balance and squat through a series of fun challenges.


Use Wii to Measure & Monitor Progress

Wii Fit can perform tests that will indicate how much progress you have made in your fight for fitness. Wii Fit measures two of the important parameters in tracking your bodys health & fitness level:

(1) Body Mass Index: measures the ratio of weight to height

(2) Wii Fit Age: measures your Age Fitness by calibrating your center of gravity, testing your balance and then factoring in your Body Mass Index.

Keeping a record of these tests will show you just how far you and your Wii Fit Program have come towards your fitness goals.

There are over 40 different exercise, sport and training games to play, all designed to get your body moving, stretching, balancing, twisting and jumping. There are four different kinds of activities to choose from:
(1) Balance Games like skiing, soccer & hoola hoop
(2) Cardio/Aerobic Workout to exercise your heart & lungs
(3) Yoga & Stretching to increase your flexibility and balance
(4) Muscle Building

Our Family is loving this Wii Fitness Program and the gym membership is a thing of the past. It is just more fun, more convenient and for a family of 5, way more economical.
